How to find LinkedIn profiles hiring developers

This can be useful if you are selling products aimed at developers/HR or even an agency that wants to get outsourcing contracts.  

If you're doing this search using the free version of Linkedin, you'll be hit with the monthly people search limit soon. To overcome this, google using the keyword site:linkedin.com: "hiring" AND "looking to hire" AND developers.
